Having never tried to make sourdough bread before, I bought some starter from here a couple of weeks ago and, with the excellent instructions given, have already made two delicious sourdough loaves, one white and the other 100% wholemeal. I made both of them in my bread machine; just put all the four ingredients plus water in at the start and after 6 hours removed perfect loaves! Such a good starter, and it’s been healthy and easy to maintain since I got it. I can highly recommend buying it!!
