Shop Policy

All items in La Pepa Boutique (except the Sleeping Bunny Plate) are handmade by me.

I hope you are very happy with your order. I have made all these items with a lot of love and hope you will love them as much as I do. Feel free to contact me if you would like something custom made. I will come back to you as quickly as I can.

Processing time

All the items at my shop are ready to be shipped from the UK. Processing time is 1-3 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges, but please contact me before returning any items. They must be returned in their original condition and unused.

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there has been an error on my part. Your refund will only be sent once I safely receive the returned items in its original condition.

I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns or refunds for custom or personalised orders.

Privacy policy

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you and to ship your order.

Payments

I accept only PayPal payments, however, if you wish to pay in a different way please contact me.
I will only start work on custom orders when full payment has been received.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been cleared for ready to ship items. Custom/Made to Order items will depend on the items. Please see the item description for details, or feel free to contact me.

 

Additional information

During busy holiday seasons, such as Christmas, delivery times will be longer than usual. I will always endeavour to let you know how long I expect delivery to be, and when my last shipping date will be. However, I would always recommend ordering in a timely manner to avoid disappointment.

Please be aware that colours can look different on other monitors or screens. Because of this, I always try to give a colour in the title and description. Please contact me if you have any questions or queries.
