Visiting Lavender Fields was on my bucket list for years and when I finally did it, I enjoyed every moment!
Somerset Lavender Farm is a family run farm, not too far away from Bath, with spectacular views and wonderful gardens. We spent the day walking in lavender fields enjoying the colour, the texture, and the scent of a lavender field. After the walk, we had a lunch in a small farm’s café, that offers a choice of delicious homemade cakes including lavender and almond cake. The food was amazing and I cannot tell what I was enjoying more during our lunch – the food or the view! They also have a shop, where you can buy some fragrant lavender products including local essential oil.

Somerset Levandų ferma yra šeimos verslas, netoli Bath miestelio. Ten galite ne tik pasigrožėti nuostabiais vaizdais, mėgautis kvapais, bet ir pasivaišinti mažoje jaukioje kavinukėje. Kavinukėje siūlomas maistas yra naminis, o prie kavos galite pasirinkti levandų-migdolų pyragą! Jeigu atvirai, nežinau kuo labiau mėgavausi pietų metu – ar maistu, ar nuostabiu vaizdu! Fermoje yra ir nedidukė parduotuvėlė, kurioje galima nusipirkti įvairių produktų su levandomis ir netgi vietinės gamybos levandų eterinį aliejų.

Pasivaikščiojimas po levandų laukus yra kaip terapija. Tiesiog užmerkite akis ir giliai įkvėpkite…
